At KTM/Husqvarna Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new riding gear or apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
